今期は何と言っても、
中絶に関する、Whole Woman’s Health v. Cole
他には、
affirmative actionに関する、Fisher v. University of Texas
そして、
4対4に分かれた、
不法移民に関する、United States v. Texas
が、特に興味深かったです。
